WW2 WWII US Army Artillery Shell TRENCH ART Uniform Hat

This fine, RARE piece of WW2 US Army handmade TRENCH ART would make the perfect addition to your home, office, or WWII collection!  It's quite exquisitely detailed and is a unique rememberance of US History!  It's US Military WW2 Artillery Casing that has been skillfully crafted into a Military Cap/Hat.  It's top has the original numbers on the Casing.  It reads: "75DEC MAI 175L 18 SD".  It measures approximately 3.5" in diameter.  It has a lovely patina and nicks/dings from where's it been and what it's seen.  There is one accent piece in the front band that appears to have gone missing years ago.  Could be repaired by the new owner, or easily left at is, a I believe this shows it's true character. You will definitely get the complements on this lovely piece of Trench art - that is certain to being of stories, memories or historical conversations!  It is quite a Rare find such an exquisite and important piece of our US History.  $275.00 or best offer on this Primitive US Army Trench art from WWII!
