WW2 USAAF OFFICER'S CRUSHER STYLE UNIFORM VISOR CAP HAT

   WW2 US Army Officer's Uniform Visor Cap or Service Hat in excellent almost mint condition. Not a true crusher because of the two ply visor but close. The top of the hat is made of an OD brown or almost chocolate brown gabardine (What some call Elastique) material with a woven mohair band. The russet brown visor and chin strap are in excellent like new condition as is the inside and frame, which is wicker. It is made by "Art Cap" of New York and is a size 7. The large Officer's Eagle hat badge, which come with the hat, is marked "AMCRAFT ACID TEST". Although this hat is not a true crusher it is an excellent WW2 US Army Officer's hat in the best condition of any I have ever had.
