WW2 Longines 12L Movement - Spares or Repair

I  had bought this movement for spare parts for the Longines watch that is also listed here, but it is of an earlier type, so probably not much use.  Obviously, it is in parts and does not run, and since what is there appears to be in reasonable condition, it is up to you the bidder to assess the value of this movement for parts.

Thest 12L movements come in a vast number of variations, and even with different numbers of jewels (15, 16 and 17)!  The writing on the movement is as follows:

Under one of the wheels near where the balance would fit is another mark which looks like 12.68N.

Longines serial numbers ran from 6,250,000 in 1942, to 6,500,000 in 1946, so this movement definately dates from the second world war.  From this it should date to 1944 or so.  Watches fitted with this type of movement were issued to both sides in the conflict, so hopefully this auction should be useful to someone.  If I have missed any important details please ask, but I am not a watchmaker, so please keep it simple.

Since this is a spares or repair only auction, I will not accept any returns unless I have materially misdescribed the movement.  Postage will be by special delivery within the UK, and will be insured and signed for delivery wherever it is sent.  I will post to anywhere in the world for the following estimated costs: £6.00 in the UK, £10.00 fro the rest of Europe, or £15 for the rest of the world.  If the postage is significantly less than this, I will refund the difference.  All payments must be made in UK£.
