WW2 German U-Boot Crews Leather Deck Jacket M

The Genuine Horsehide Leather Jacket worn by deck personnel was a double-breasted garment with a large collar, it featured two rows of 5 buttons, and normally fastened by four buttons with collar open. The jacket featured two slash pockets and 2 flaped pockets. The buttons usually with a painted finish as opposed to the gilt buttons worn on other garments.  
The jacket was made out of the top quality
black color horsehide, lined with thick black wool in the body, and blue-grey cotton farbic in the sleeves. 

This style of jacket had been used in the Navy since Kaiser’s days, and were cut from both black and pale blue-grey leather. The other historical accurate details
of our reproductions include the wind-cuff with 1940 style "WUK 6" press studs, the correct navy style
buttons, and the leather shoulder loops for the
shoulderboards, all these details made the garment is as accurate to the original as is feasible to be.
