The M38 Camo Smock (Tarnjacke) is the first type reversible camo smock used by Elite units, it is in
Blurred Edge Camouflage.
The Smock is made out of cotton poplin material, and featured with:
* Fall/Spring Reversible Camouflage
* Two slash pockets chest high
* Elastic waist and cuffs
* Elastic neck in the collar ( the main difference
  between M38 and M40 Tarnjacke)
* Camo cover on the front of the Fall side
* Machine-sewn eyelets with light brown drawstring
