A good example of a man's vintage Highland Tartan kilt.  Formerly the property of a Second World War era British Army officer.  Ministry of Defence / War officer marked.  We are unsure of the regimental tartan.  A couple of small moth holes, which would probably respond to invisible mending.  Leather straps, coarse fabric inner upper lining.  Pleats in good condition, a good bright colour and little service wear.  In generally good condition for its age and wear.
