This rate include the air shipping from our artists original countries to our gallery; all import taxes, duties, other shipping materials costs and labor costs, processing your order, locating your painting in our gigantic inventory, and professionally packing your item in a strong and secure mailing tube, And finally the shipping from our gallery to your location.
Can I get the painting delivered to me more quickly?
An Express Delivery Service is available with a delivery speed of 4-7 business days. Please contact us on winning the auction to use this service.
Can I receive a discount for combined shipping?

Because we believe our paintings are so outstanding, we are convinced you will be happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, simply return it within 7 days and we will replace it with same value painting or give you full money back including your shipping and handling charges!! You only pay for the return postage, All shipment of returned goods must be insured at the Buyers expense. The purchase price will not be returned until the the goods have arrived at the Sellers warehouse. Please include your user name and item number with any email requests.

No, all the paintings you are bidding on are non stretched canvas and unframed.

Can you give me any background information about the artists?
Our commissioned artists are the most experienced and most talented artists Painting reproduction oil paintings on canvas for a living. As we work with a large number of artists and paintings we are unable to provide you with further information about individual artists.
Is this painting a hand-painted oil painting?
Each of our oil paintings are 100% oil on canvas hand painted. We do not sell Print, Poster, Canvas Transfer or machine made.
Is this an original painting?
We sell reproduction oil paintings (except our original category) which mean that although each painting is 100% hand painted, the idea itself is not original.
Will I receive the same painting as the one displayed in the auction?
Because we receive paintings in large quantities from our artists, we often take one photograph of each style and subject. If there is extreme variation in the color, hue or subject of an artwork, then we will photograph each individual painting to show these differences. The painting you will receive is virtually identical in every respect of color, quality, hue, and subject matter -- as pictured here. Be assured that you will receive a very high quality and unique 100% hand-painted work of art created 100% hand painted by our artist from a blank canvas. Since each painting we sell is hand-made by individual artists, the painting you receive might have some minor variations from the image shown here, but will be otherwise identical. Remember, you can always return any painting for a complete refund if you are not satisfied
