Making a payment to Delouna is easy you can choose any one of the following methods, paypal, postal order, cheque, direct bank transfer or you can call through to us with your credit/debit card details. LU7 2QN, if sending monies in this manner please included details of your purchase to enable us to send out your order asap.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail using a first class delivery. If you wish to use an alternative service please email for quotes and advice. All orders are dispatched ASAP after payment has been received, normal posting dates for Delouna are Monday through to Friday, no items are dispatched on Saturdays/ Sundays or Bank holidays. Please allow a few days for your items due to the nature of the Royal Mails service. If you require an item urgently we advise using Royal Mail Special Delivery, please email for costing on this. If your order does not arrive we are obliged to wait 15 postal days, at which point your order can be classified as missing. Please see www.royalmail.co.uk for full T&C's. If your orde has not arrived by this time, please contact us, we will investigate the matter and either a refund, replacement or alternative will be provided to each customer. We do post to most places around the world however please email for correct postage costs to whereever it is you wish any order to be shipped to, if you have already made a purchase then please wait for a corrected invoice to be sent before making payment. All items sold by Delouna are brad new and sold in good faith. Any returns must be authorised by Delouna first and returned within 7 days of purchase. Any item returned must be done so in it's original packaging, un-used and unopened and a resaleable condition. Once we have taken receipt of any retuned goods and they have been checked by a Delouna staff member then a refund will be issued.
