1. If you would like to return an item for any reason, please contact us by email within 7 working days from the day you receive the item.
2. You must return any item using a postal service that is recorded (i.e. the post is signed for) or trackable online.
3. The item must be undamaged and sealed (if described and sent as sealed). In this case, we will refund the original cost of the item and the postage costs you paid in connection with the original purchase of the item.
4. If an item is defective or significantly not as described, we will refund the postage costs you incur to return the item along with the refund outlined in (3).
5. For all Music CDs, DVDs or CD-ROMs where a seal has been broken, we will not be able to provide a refund.
