OK HERE I GO AGAIN, EBAY WILL PROBABLY REMOVE THIS LISTING TOO. It seems to be their latest favorite thing to do, but I do not know exactly how to describe it! If you do not list your item exactly the way they want you to they remove your listing, Make you relist it from scratch, give you a strike, remove you from the power selling list and threaten to remove you altogether!!!!

• Please do not ask me to remove the flag from the box.
• It is a Nylon Illinois State Flag
• It is 5' X 8' and has been flown.
• It is in good gondition but it was starting to fray a bit and the company flying it replaced it. Flags start to show disrespect if flown even a little worn.
• I am selling this flag in hopes someone will have it repaired then enjoy it.
• It still has a lot of good uses,  just not to be flown as it is.
• My starting bid requirement is restricted due to ebay fees.
• This item will not be sold or shipped to overseas.

Shipping Terms: I am a Home Maker not a retailer. Life Happens! Holidays, Illness, etc. I will ship as soon as I can (usually within 24 hours of receipt of payment) but be prepared to be patient. I also do not promise to spend a small fortune on packing material to ship your item, but I will do everything I can to insure The safe delivery of your item.

SHIPPING inside the United States:

1.) Shipping will be U.S. Media mail if the item meets the requirements (Books, Records, Tapes, CD'S, DVD'S, Newspapers ect.) Plus insurance and a small handling fee. (Two to Nine days)     

2.) Shipping will be First class if the item does not qualify for Media Mail or if First Class is cheaper. Weight limit is 13 ounces. Plus insurance and a small handling fee.   

3.) All other United State Postal Services are available by request for those that are willing to pay the additional postal fees plus insurance and a small handling fee.   

4.) We have made Insurance a requirement on all U.S

SHIPPING OVERSEAS:

 1.) All overseas quotes and shipments will be Air Parcel Post or Air Letter Post . There will be a small handling fee included in the shipping fee. There are No Refunds (due to damaged or late/non arrivals) on items shipped by these means since they do not offer insurance. Expect 2-9 days  

2.) All other Postal Services (Express, Global Express, etc. and Insurance if offered by the respective Postal Services) are available for those that are willing to pay the extra postal fees. 

3.) FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL...(no longer ECONOMY) Will be sent by air.  PLEASE NOTE: There are absolutly No Refunds (due to damaged or non arrivals) on items shipped by  FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL. We will have no way to track the package. No way to Insure the package.
