An original full sized First World War medal pair awarded to Gunner Ernest George Prentice who served during the Great War with the Royal Marine Artillery.

Enlisted at London on 30 Oct 1917 on his 18th Birthday he served with the Royal Marine Artillery Supply, How Brigade and also the Needles Battery. He was discharged 15 July 1919.

British War and Victory medals officially named in impressed capitals to:

R. M. A. 2698 - S - GR. E. G. PRENTICE.
