All items are sent extremely well packaged and are despatched promptly, usually within 24 hours. Please note that I also offer a shipping discount on multiple purchases.

EUROPE - £4.50 Airmail –

• International Signed For add additional £3.70.
• For each additional 12" record please add £1.90.

USA, JAPAN & WORLDWIDE - £7.00 Airmail –

• International Signed For add additional £3.70.

If you choose shipping without the signed for/insured option then I am not responsible if the item goes missing or is damaged in transit. I do however obtain and keep a 'Certificate of Postage' to help in the event of any claim.

Whatever the problem, I will always try to find a solution.

If I accept a return for an auction item for any reason other than (i) or (ii) above:

• It is the buyer's responsibility to pay the return postage and ensure that it is adequately packed.
• The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent out.
• If the item was sent out 'still sealed', I cannot accept a return if it has been opened (unless it's faulty).
• All return requests must be notified to me within 14 days of receipt of the item.
• Please ask for a returns authorisation before returning anything.

All records for sale are from my own personal collection, most of which were purchased new in the 1980s. The majority of records are duplicates in my collection and therefore are unplayed. All records have been well looked after over the years and although I haven't had time to play them all to determine the sound quality the vast majority of records and sleeves are in excellent condition.
