150g pasteurised hand made English semi-soft petite goats cheese decorated with a sprig of rosemary. Keeps for 1 month refrigerated and is suitable for freezing for 3 months. Made using traditional methods and milk from local Dorset goats. This cheese goes brilliantly sliced under the grill, with tomatoes, peppers or mushrooms. It is deliciously creamy and very tasty. It has been used in recipes by Leslie Waters, and you can also find it in delicatessens/farm shops in the South West. Winner of Silver Award at Taste of The West show.
