ALL ABOUT EGGS I CREATE
Eggs come in all shapes, colours and different sizes.
The types of eggs I tend to work on are Ostrich Egg,
Rhea Egg and two different sizes of Goose Eggs.
All eggs I use have been blown, sterilised and washed.

Ostrich Eggshells cream in colour are about 6 inches (15cm) tall,
5 inches (13cm) across and 18 inches (46cm) around and are equivalent in size to 24 chicken eggs or 4,700 bee hummingbird eggs.

Rhea Eggshells are about 5 inches can very between colour range from a cream colour to a golden yellow colour.

Goose Eggshells are white in colour and vary in size tremendously,

All items are designed by me and are not licensed products.
Some items I use are created from licensed name brands materials, etc.
Many hours are spent using my own technique of decoupage.
Each one is an arrangement of fine printed designs carefully cut
to fit attractively around the curved surface of the egg.

If you have seen an egg in my shop and would like to add a message.
Please get in contact with me first before purchasing.
Stating which egg you would like along with what message you would like on the egg.
So I can check to see if there is enough space on the egg for your personal message to fit.

BESPOKE EGGS
Please get in contact with me. 
With your details of what sort of theme you would like on the egg.
Include names, dates and any message etc. Please get in contact with me. 
Also giving me a date of when you require the egg.
So I know what time frame I have to work by.

I accept Postal Orders, Paypal and Personal Cheques.

        INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Payment within 7 days please,

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping: All your purchases are posted out via Royal Mail. 
They are insured against damage and loss up to a maximum of £32.00. 
All items will be despatched within 7 days of cleared payment.
Unless you have requested to have a personal message added to an egg or Bespoke egg. 
I will advise you of expected despatch time for these. 
Please note the Royal Mail will not consider items lost until 15 working days passed.
If the occasion should arise I will assist you in your claim. 
I always obtain certificate of posting and cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.

To date I have not had any of my items lost in the post or broken.
As every care is taken in the packaging this is reflected in the Postage Costs.
 

Returns Policy: Generally speaking, EggstraSomethingSpecial accepts no returns or exchanges unless we ship the incorrect product or the product shipped is defective.
However, please note that customer service and customer satisfaction is the foundation on which I've built a good reputation.
