Shipping to UK Mainland is free for all items.
If you need your item urgently UK Mainland customers can pay just £1.99 extra for a next day delivery service. Delivery is Monday to Friday.

We request that all customers please provide us with a contact telephone number for deliver.

We endeavour to dispatch all items paid for before 1pm and most UK mainland deliveries should be received within 1-4 working days. European orders normally take 3-5 working days. Rest of the world can take up to 10 working days.

Please note Northern Ireland and Non UK mainland such as Highlands incur a surcharge from our courier. We cover this fee for some items but larger items we request postage costs. Please use the shipping calculator to find the correct cost.

If you would like to change any delivery details please call us as soon as possible rather than sending a message.

Delivery normally takes 2-4 days maximum after payment is recieved and a next day delivery option is available for UK mainland.

If your item arrives damaged please call us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement.

If you want to return a product within 14 days we will refund the item cost if it is returned unused and in a re-sellable condition. Should you wish to return an item please call us 01325 749044 and we will issue you with a returns form which must be included with your item.
