Finally, a traditional wooden composter that's easy to load directly from your wheelbarrow - at a sensible price.
Developed by "Queen of the Allotment," Wendy Chamberlain.
The new Easy-Load compost bin has removable slats at the front:
- easy to fill direct from your wheelbarrow
- easy to dig out mature compost from the bottom.

The Problem:
The big problem with compost bins is... How to load? And... How to unload?
Plastic bins have a small hole at the top (try tipping your wheelbarrow into one of them!) and a small hole at the bottom (that's so you can scrape out a tiny bit of mature compost with your trowel).
Wooden slatted bins, while hitting a sensible price point, have to be completely dis-assembled to harvest the compost or to load direct from a barrow.
The Solution - the Chamberlain Easy-Load Compost Bin
Removable slats at the front allow easy access for loading and unloading of the compost.

You can remove any combination of the front slats allowing you access to
just the bottom, just the top or the whole of the front.
Designed for good air circulation to help speed up the composting process.
Made from a treated Pine with a highly attractive smooth-plained finish.

Delivered flat packed - easily assembled.
