All CDs and DVDs are insured for loss or damage during delivery.
However to raise a claim you must contact me after 10 days from dispatch UK (14 days Worldwide) and I will send a replacement.
The cost of this included in your post and packing rates and offers much better value than the postal service guaranteed services, however these services are available on request and at an additional cost.
If you have a problem please tell me by email first or via "ask a seller" or use ebay messages. I will endeavour to correct all complaints.
