WONDERS OF THE WORLD.  1847 Harvey & Darton, London, decorative hardcover, 3rd series edition.  Hardcover: red embossed cloth, ornate gilt illustration on front cover, excellent colour, no fading.  Includes full page b&w illustrations and chapters on Boa Constrictor, Artic Regions, The Quagga etc etc.  Gilt page edges.  Odd spot foxing.  Previous owner inscription on front end paper, ffep missing, few cracked hinges, but generally Very Good.  EXTREMELY SCARCE BOOK.
