POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COSTS

Please take into consideration our postage costs are not only based upon the Royal Mail charges. We do have to take into consideration the material used in packaging and our own labour charges. We will only charge you what we feel is the necessary amount as we do not intened to make any profit on postages cost

RETURNS DETAILS

If the item has been damaged in transit please keep all of the original packaging and keep the parcel in the same state that you received it and post it back to us. If a claim is to be made with the Delivery Company this will be required

In order to qualify for a refund or exchange we must receive the item back within a 14 day period of the item being dispatched. The item must be in the same condition, unworn with the tags still attached. We can not refund the cost of returning the item unless the problem is our fault. We will always try to exchange your products if you instruct us to do so. An exchange will be carried out when we receive the original item from you, an exchange will also be dependent on stock availability. You will receive a reruns slip with your parcel, it is your duty to ensure that the returns slip is enclosed in the parcel fully completed. If a returns slip is not enclosed we have no obligation to refund you.
