*Postal Orders and Cheque payments will be posted on the next working day after payment clearing.

*Paypal E-Cheques can take 10 days to clear and will bring up a clearing date when paying, and will only be sent when cleared.

All items purchased through WellDollPlusSizeLadiesClothing will be shipped within one working day (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays), once payment is cleared. If the order is made before 12.00 noon, it will be posted the same day.
 
All items are sent via registered post with An Post.
 
All items sent to United Kingdom and Northern Ireland are sent via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery.
 
All items must be signed for on arrival so make sure your home for when the postman comes or email me with a alternative address.

* Return item in the same condition as you recieved it i.e unworn, unsoiled and with labels attached.
* You shall pay for postage cost for returning the item.
* A refund can take up to 7 working days.
* Incase of an exchange you the buyer will have to pay the extra postage fees.
