1. All new items purchased with 'buy it now' can be returned within 14 days of receipt, with the exception of sealed items if the seal has been broken in any way or tagged items if the tags have been removed.
2. Any item purchased, and then returned after a 'change of mind' etc, will be refunded the full original cost of the item, minus a 10% re-stocking fee. Postage costs both ways will not be refunded. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received with all packaging undamaged and complete. 
3.Faulty or damaged items must be reported to us within 7 days and will then be replaced, if available, repaired or refunded in full, inclusive of postage costs. Return postage costs will only be refunded up to the amount of the cost of delivery. Photographic evidence of damage may be requested.
4. Any item listed as refurbished will carry our automatic 60 day money back guarantee in the event of a developing fault. All items will be inspected for faults or damage caused by mis-use or negligence on their return.
5. We will not accept returns for any item listed as used, unless point 3 is applicable and observed.
