Unwanted Item(s) must be returned un-used, un-opened and in the original packaging and reported within 24 hours of receipt. Any item return for any reason must be reported and returned within 14 days as items will not be accepted after 14 days. We apologise, but in compliance with hygiene regulations, we will be unable to accept returns on wigs, teeth, tights, gloves, masks, nose or ear jewellery and make-up, without exception, unless they are in blister sealed packaging free from tampering. No refunds will be issued if any product is found to have been tampered with and rendered unfit for resale. A refund MINUS POSTAGE & PACKAGING Costs will be provided upon a cleared inspection of the item without hesitation.
You must contact us before returning the item for a reference number otherwise we cannot accept the return. If the item has been reported as faulty, we will then send an exchange upon receipt. In the event that an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, we will provide a full refund. Should you wish to keep the faulty item as it is still usable, then an agreed partial refund will be negotiated. Please allow reasonable time for processing all returns.
PLEASE NOTE:  As all items will be dispatched well packaged according to their fragility, we are unable to guarantee your item will not come to any misadventure, loss or damage during transit, and therefore, cannot be held liable. In the rare event you should receive an item that has been tampered with, lost or damaged during transit; you should contact us within 24 hours of receipt, so we can help you pursue an insurance claim with the Royal Mail by providing you with the Proof of Posting and description of item contents. Should you wish us to pursue the claim on your behalf, we will be happy to do so, please allow at least 30 days minimum for processing. Claims for lost items will not be accepted by the Royal mail until 15 days after the dispatch date to allow for the possibility that the item has just been held up or mis-routed but will at some point reach you.
