The shipping fee you see on each listing is the fee for UK mainland delivery. We also deliver to all the other areas of the UK and worldwide but may incur an extra charge. Please contact us if you would like one of our items but are not from the UK mainland.

All shipping fees are listed individually for each item on its listing.

Nearly all our items are shipped via a courier within 48 hours and in most of the cases the item will be at its destination within 24 hours. 

Under no circumstances do we pay the return carriage for any products.

We accept all credit/debit card payments. All payments are authorised using HSBC online with the necessary fraud prevention tools. We also accept PayPal and Nochex payments.

If there is any item which we do not list on ebay please contact us via e-mail and telephone and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can. Due to the fact that there are thousands of parts we cannot list all of them.

All our parts are brand new and come with manufacturers warranty including labour.

We do not allow any collection at all of any of our ebay items. All items are delivered whether you are from 1 mile away or many miles. The only way you can collect any item we list on ebay is to pay the carriage price as well as the item price. This is due to the fact that all our ebay items are fully discounted and cannot be discounted any further.
