Customer Assurance Replacements and Returns

All items are individually inspected prior to posting for any physical signs of damage and receive a final quality & content assessment check before we despatch them to you.

Should an item arrives in a faulty condition, please let us know & we will arrange with you to return the faulty item for a replacement or refund. If the product is tested and confirmed faulty, we will then return the postage amount to you and issue a replacement or refund. We will need a detailed description of the problem before authorising a replacement, We will not refund or replace items that appear to have been damaged through postage, during installation or misuse.

We will offer you a full refund if the item is un-used and is in the original, undamaged packaging. We offer this service within 14 days of the delivery date.

All Items are usually posted the same day if payment is received before 3.30pm (weekend purchases will be dispatched on Monday am or Tuesday if its a UK Bank Holiday) Please contact us before placing an order if you have any special delivery requirements, such as urgent Special Delivery or courier services.

Paying for your item:
Payment can be made using: Pay pal, Credit card (Via pay pal - account not needed), Personal Cheque or Postal Order. Paypal payment is our preferred and quickest method. Personal cheques must clear before goods will be dispatched.
