New & Unused computer generated cross stitch pattern for use with 14 count aida fabric, finished size 18.3" x 22.9" (46.4cm x 58.1cm)

The chart can also be used to create a beautiful Tapestry.

THE CHART WILL SUIT ALL FROM NOVICE TO EXPERT. THERE ARE 27 ANCHOR COLOURS USED, ALL STITCHES ARE FULL STITCHES, AND THERE IS NO BACKSTITCHING

This full and easy to follow pattern comes in a plastic wallet, complete with a full instruction sheet and a pattern information sheet, showing the amounts of each colour you will need to complete this project. There is also a colour picture.

The chart is printed in clear black and white symbols.

The chart can be customised to your own requirements, so if you would prefer to have the chart printed for DMC thread colours, or Tapestry format then please let me know. Unless specified I will use the Anchor colour codes.

Ordering

Orders may be placed by mail or online.  We also offer many payment options for your convenience.  Once your order is received an email will be sent to you with your order receipt #.  Please allow 24 hrs for processing. (Excluding postage times)

Payment

Accepted payment methods include Paypal, (Worldwide), Postal Orders and Personal cheques (UK Only).  Credit card payments are via Paypal, you do not have to be a member of Paypal to use your credit card.  For personal cheques, please allow up to 5 business days to clear.  Cheques and Postal Orders must be made in UK Pounds only.  When sending a cheque or Postal Order please include your name, address, contact telephone number, a working email address and a copy of your order.  Orders will be held for 10 days while awaiting payment.

Shipping

An email confirmation is sent to you the day your order is shipped.  Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after processing with the exception of weekends and holidays.

Standard UK First class postage, or International Airmail is included in the purchase price

International customers, you are solely responsible for any customs charges, duties, VAT or other taxes charged by your country.

Returns

Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise for returns.  You will then be issued a return #.  All items must be returned in new, unopened and resalable condition.  Refunds will be issued (less shipping charges) upon inspection of returned merchandise.  Opened and/or unsealed merchandise does not qualify for a refund.  We want our customers to be happy so please contact us if there is a problem.

 

If we sent the wrong item we will exchange it at our expense.  In order to do this, all wrong merchandise must be returned in new, unopened and resalable condition.  Again, please contact us for a return #.

Backorders

If for some reason an item is backordered we will notify you by email.  Backorders will be held for up to 30 days, if your order cannot be filled within that time it will be cancelled and a full refund will be given

Cancellations

You may cancel your order anytime within 24 hrs of placing your order.  Once shipped please refer to our returns policy.
