VHS is part of the Winsor Pilates series by Guthy-Renker Corporation. The series is specially designed for all levels. VHS NTSC Format - 2002. Approximately 57 minutes in length.

The Winsor Pilates System is designed to tone and sculpt your entire body and help you lose weight all while giving providing a low-intensity, calorie-burning workout. Pilates was originally developed in 1880 by the German Joseph Pilates. Pilates is a series of controlled movements that engage the mind and body in developing strong, flexible muscles, without building bulk.

This workout will get you over the workout "plateau" like no other video. This advanced workout is a more intense, total body workout that's designed to get you results quickly.
