UNSUITABLE ITEMS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you need to return your item, we require you to inform us and send it back within 7 day’s of receipt. The item must be returned & received in its original selling condition. You will be required to fund the cost of the return via a secure postage service i.e. - insured (proof of posting can be obtained). We also request that you comply with the return system eBay operate to claim our fee’s back & refund the transaction. We also only refund the original cost of the item we are unable to refund original posting & packing charges.

FAULTY OR NOT AS DESCRIBED ITEMS
All items are inspected prior to posting. However should a problem occur we will endeavor to solve the situation promptly. We request you inform us by email in the first instance. We will resolve any problems within the first 28 day’s of purchase. Assuming normal wear/tare has occurred. After this period of time all problems should be dealt with according to the manufacturers guarantee procedure. If you need to return a Faulty or Incorrectly sent item we will pay the return postage cost as agreed with you prior to posting.
