Returns will be accepted if we are notified by email within 7 days of the receipt of the parcel. Goods must be returned in the condition in which they arrived at BattleQuest Games prior to despatch ie: unopened and securely packed. The customer is responsible for paying the return postage except where BattleQuest Games have sent the wrong item.
If paying by personal cheque please allow for clearance before despatch of goods. Postage is for 2nd Class Delivery with Proof of Posting within the UK.
