WINDOW LOCKING ROD - locks double glazed windows - 40cm

This listing is for a locking mechanism for windows. Included is one espagnolette locking bar and two anchor points for the locking pins, as shown in the photos below.

The locking bar is between about 395mm and 400mm long and it has 2 locking pins. These pins are moved when the window handle's spindle turns the square hole in the central lock case. The pins will fit into the two anchor points supplied. If fitted correctly, the two locking positions should allow the window to be locked either closed or in a slightly open position for ventilation.

The distance from the outside face of the locking bar to the centre of the spindle hole is 22 mm. The number "22" is marked on the bar to indicate this. Similar bars should bear a similar mark.

The photos show a locking rod with the anchor points. I do have some rods in other lengths available although it is not necessary to match the length with what is being replaced if the anchor points are also being replaced.
