This is an old toy made in China that I have had a few of these for about 20 years.  They are not antiques but they were not new when I got them.  This one is 12 inches tall and has his key and is in his original box.  I had them sitting on a shelf for several years and would show them to children if some visited.  They were never played with, and I have no idea what they are worth.  I am keeping my New Year’s promise to let go of everything that I do not need or use.
