NOTE that we have no control over the Royal Mail, so any advertised delivery dates are subject to the Royal Mail doing their advertised delivery times; we make no guarantees as to the real world delivery time you will receive, see below.

We have real stock, we do not use drop shippers, so we can despatch instantly; you get your goods faster.

All our 'Buy It Now' items have free P&P costs.

For colour choice, etc. where offered, we only reply to your request when we cannot do what you ask for; otherwise assume your choice will be sent.

We do NOT send low value items outside the UK any more and we send overseas items via International Signed For; because ordinary Airmail has a regular habit of going missing. Note Royal Mail International Signed For is never less than £6 and we charge more if the value is above £39 (ordinary mail limit for refunds) so your item is fully insured.

When paid we pack and stamp the same day. At the latest your item is in the post at our local sorting office the next working day morning because the on-line stamp is not valid after that. You should get your goods within 4 working days. If you have not received anything within 7 days of paying get in touch via email; do NOT be angry, we do NOT run the Royal Mail (some customers seem to think we do). Please do NOT send us endless emails about non-delivery (we only get ratty), once we confirm when we sent your item (we always have proof of posting) you will have to wait until it is obvious it is lost in the post; Royal Mail require 3 weeks, please be patient until then.

You can return any item, unopened, unused and described as new (except auction items) within 14 days for a refund of the item price and you will have to pay the postage for the return; please include an order printout with your item and email us to let us know you are doing a return. The law says 7 days and it is eBay policy to do returns up to 14 days to allow for posting, etc. but we will listen to any reasonable request after this time, so be nice!

If your item is broken, damaged or faulty in any way then mail us (again, do NOT be angry; we often have no way of testing goods and they sometimes get damaged in transit). We used to do replacements by sending out a new item with return, stamped packaging but due to an unhappy experience we will probably send you a SAE and replace your item as soon as the damaged one is received. However, we may get you to just bin the item and we will send you another straight away, so contact us first, do not send items back until we have contacted you.

We reserve the right to re-sell unpaid-for auction items after 7 days from the auction end date.

We reserve the right to change the postage service without notice. We reserve the right to not dispatch if the sales volume for a day is low (e.g. Christmas period).

Return policy

ORDINARY RETURN
Items must be returned unopened/unused and you will have to pay return postage costs and include ebay order details; mail us that you are doing a return. eBay returns policy now allows 14 days from receipt but we will listen to any reasonable request after this time, so be nice!

FAULTY PRODUCT
If product is faulty mail us but do not send item back, we will let you know what we will do. Usually we send out a return SAE and send you another item later; for some items we will tell you to bin it and send you another straight away.
