A full refund is offered if you are not satisfied in any way with the goods you have purchased - providing we are informed BEFORE the goods are returned and this is within 7 days of the date of postmark.
Only if the item purchased is damaged or faulty will the return postage cost be refunded.
Item exchanges must be agreed by email and items must be in as received condition – seals unbroken and wrappers/boxes still sealed. On all exchanges buyer is responsible for all postage charges – we have the right to refuse exchanges upon return condition of items where upon item cost will be refunded. |
