Paying by credit card is the quickest and easiest way to pay for your purchase.
After auction ends, you can phone on 07888 675790 or 01202 248508with your card details. Lines are open between 9am - 9pm 7 days a week. We will not store your details on any database. Your card details will be shredded as soon as we have processed your payment. This option is also good for letting us know your delivery preferences and discussing any other options such as the colour of an item. We can take most credit/debit cards including AMEX cards. |

We sell a lot of items both on eBay and through our website so please do not just put a cheque in the post without including any information. Your bid is a contract - place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item. If the seller (Wholesale Clearance UK Ltd) is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 days of the end of the auction, or if payment has not been received within 7 days, the item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at the sellers sole discretion. All non paying bidders will be reported to eBay, negative feedback will be left and in some cases court action will be taken to recover our eBay fees. Please be aware that we sell bankrupt stock, unless otherwise stated items are sold as unchecked. The item(s) will be the same as, or similar to the photos in this eBay advert. We do need 3 days notice if you are collecting the goods from our Bournemouth warehouse. We endeavour to ship goods out the same week that payment has cleared. Shipment will be either Royal Mail Special Delivery, Pallet line or Parcel Force. Orders are generally shipped within 3 days of full payment. An ebay dispatch notice will be issued the day before you recive your goods, if you do not recive your goods with in 2 working days please phone 07888675790 to let us know.Before goods are sent we do need your contact details i.e. home and mobile numbers.Please note that shipments outside of England i.e. Scotland, Wales, Ireland and Northern Ireland, will be double the standard price. You are more than welcome to arrange your own collection. We will pack all goods onto pallets ready for collection.

In the unlikely event that a return is required you must inform us within 5 days. All returns must include all of the original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, and if applicable all the original packaging including manuals, warranty forms etc. RRP prices are only approximate figures please allow a 50% variance eitherway. Please allow 3% margin for broken or faulty goods. Please allow a 5% variance in the stock amounts. Please also be aware that items received may differ slightly from those shown in the eBay advert. Software sales are non refundable. Please note that as soon as you have signed for or taken the goods from our warehouse we will not be responsible for breakages or shortages. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. We will deduct our eBay fees plus a 10% re-stocking fee. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred when shipping products back to us. |
