The postage for this item is FREE.  Please have a look in our ebay shop to see if there is anything else that you want or may need.  Free postage costs for orders over £25 within the UK.

Items are posted first class and are protected in a padded envelope (jiffy type bag)

We try to ensure that we post orders between 1-2 working days after we receive payment.  During busier periods orders may take slightly longer to dispatch, although this may be rare and we will try to notify you if any delays may occur.

We are not liable for any items that get lost in the post unless the postal insurance offered is payed for.

We prefer to accept paypal payments they are a fast and easy way to pay for your orders.  We will also accept postal orders and personal cheques.  Please be aware that if you send payment through paypal and insufficient funds are in your paypal account, this may go through as an e-cheque and may take longer to clear.  This not the sellers fault and paypal advices sellers not to send any goods until the payment has cleared.

Invoices

If for any reason your total postage costs come to more than the total should be, or if you need items adding together, please ask for an invoice from us. 

Returns

If for any reason you do not want or are not happy with any item that you receive from us.  Please return it to us within 7 days of receiving it and we will be happy to send your money back.  Refunds do not include postal fees paid.  Items must be returned in an un-used resalable condition.

Head and Eye Pins

Head and eye pins are made of a flexible metal for easy use when making jewellery.  Therefore pins may be slightly bent, but they can be easily straightened with pliers.
