Wholesale Clearance UK Ltd is a family run business based in Dorset, England.

We are a leading distributor of high quality goods specialising in bankrupt and liquidated stock, supplying to both the trade and public. PayPal - eBay's service to make fast, easy and secure payments for your eBay purchases.
We will only accept PayPal if you are a registered user and we will only send to confirmed addresses.

P&P & Collections

Shipment will be either APC Overnight Express or Pallet Line.

Orders are generally shipped within 3 days of full payment.  An eBay dispatch notice will be issued the day before you receive your goods.  If you do not receive your goods within 2 working days, after your dispatch notice, please phone 01202 668817 or 07888 675790 to let us know.  Before goods are sent out we do need your contact details i.e. home and mobile numbers.  If your contact details are incorrect or you are unable to be contacted by the delivery driver on your day of shipment you will be liable for the £25 re-delivery fee.

Please note that shipments outside of mainland England i.e. Scotland, Wales, Ireland and Northern Ireland and any islands will be as per our shipment page for delivery costs.  We do not and cannot use Royal Mail for deliveries and do not send to BPFO address.  If you do not agree to this please do not bid.  Our European delivery price only covers mainland Europe, please contact us for a quote for Island shipping.

You are more than welcome to arrange your own collection.  If you do wish to collect your item(s) please can you email three days in advance to let us know.  This is so we can prepare your parcel(s)/pallet(s).  We will pack all goods onto pallets ready for collection.

All customers that want to collect, please contact us at the end of auction so we can book an appointment into our diaries.  We do need a minimum of 3 working days notice for collections and we ask that you send us your contact details and collection time and date on a email.  We do not charge a fee for collections, all we ask is that you arrange it with us first.  Please make your own arrangments for finding us.

Your bid is a contract - place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item.  If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item.

If the seller (Wholesale Clearance UK Ltd) is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 working days of the end of the auction, or if payment has not been received within 7 days, the item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at the sellers sole discretion.  All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay, negative feedback will be left and in some cases court action will be taken to recover our eBay fees.

Please be aware that we sell bankrupt/clearance stock, unless otherwise stated items are sold as unchecked.  The item(s) will be the same as, or similar to the photos in this eBay advert.  Please note that as soon as you have signed for or taken the goods from our warehouse we will not be responsible for breakages or shortages.  If you can see any breakages or shortages please inform the delivery company so they can write it on the shipping report.

Please note that RRPs are approximate.  Please allow a 3% margin for broken/soiled items and a 3% +/-margin for counting errors.

We do need 3 days notice if you are collecting the goods from our Poole, Dorset warehouse.

We do not cover return shipping costs.  Please also be aware that items received may differ from those shown in the eBay advert.  Please note that as soon as you have signed for or taken the goods from our warehouse we will not be responsible for breakages or shortages.  If you can see any breakages or shortages please inform the delivery company so they can write it on the shipping report.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.  We will deduct our eBay fees plus a 10% re-stocking fee.  The buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred when shipping products back to us.

We endeavour to ship goods out the same week that payment has cleared.  Please be aware that this is not always possible but we will keep you informed of shipping dates.

Returns

In the unlikely event that a return is required you must inform us within 5 days.

All returns must include all of the original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, and if applicable all the original packaging including pallets and packing boxes.  We will not refund if you cannot get the goods back to us.

Please allow 3% margin for broken or faulty goods per lot as we cannot check all items that are sent.  Any items over the 3% margin will be replaced with same as or similar, after you have sent back the broken/faulty items back to us.

We do not cover return shipping costs.  Please also be aware that items received may differ from those shown in the eBay advert.
