All Ebay and Paypal automated emails and invoices are preset with the UK shipping amount only and will need to be altered for countries outside of the "UK"

DELIVERY: Unfortunately delivery and despatch times although accurate for almost all parcels cannot be gauranteed as there is always the possibilty of outside influences beyond our control.

REFUNDS/RETURNS: All items are visually inspected before packaging and despatch to minimise disappointment. In the unlikely event that the item proves to be faulty after being returned and inspected. A replacement will be offered if available or a refund of the purchase price. All returns have to be by prior agreement and NO returns will be accepted after 7 days of receipt.
