PAYMENT: ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE IN GB POUNDS STERLING

ALL PAYMENTS WITHIN 7 DAYS

SHIPPING TO UK MAINLAND ONLY  

UK PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Paypal,Personal Cheques ,Uncrossed Postal Orders(please allow 5-7 days for cheques to clear)

DELIVERY: We ship items every working day, usually within 24 hours of payments being received and processed. For urgent purchases please be sure to make payment by 12 midday for same day despatch. Unfortunately delivery and despatch times although accurate for almost all parcels cannot be guaranteed as there is always the possibilty of outside influences beyond our control.

REFUNDS/RETURNS: All items are visually inspected before packaging and despatch to minimise disappointment. In the unlikely event that the item proves to be faulty after being returned and inspected. A replacement will be offered if available or a refund of the purchase price. All returns have to be by prior agreement and NO returns will be accepted after 7 days of receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT offer sale or return and No refunds will be given for items that do not fit or are simply unwanted. We always try to help if we can and exchanges can be arranged by prior agreement if the buyer is willing to cover all reasonable Postage and Packaging costs.
