This auction is for a large box / pallet of catalogue returns from one of the UK’s leading high street retailers thousands of items every week get returned to them many of which are undamaged / unwanted gifts.

We classify our returns pallets as B Grade Stock. These are raw customer returns and the condition of the contents may vary from pallet to pallet. The mixture of conditions will vary from items that have been smashed or damaged in transit, have parts missing or may have simply been returned as unwanted goods. We can not specify how much good to bad will be in a pallet as every one will be different!

You may return any item to us for any reason for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition and be fit for resale.

All postage costs are the customers responsibility unless the product is found to be faulty.

Always retain a proof of postage when returning an item to us as we can not accept responsibility for items not received.

Cooling Off Period

All our goods are sold with a 14 day cooling off period. This is twice the time demanded by consumer law. We do this to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase at the price you paid.  i.e it is

Our view is that after 14 days our customers have taken ownership of their PRODUCT and that fair wear and tear is not a fault.
