PAYMENT

Our preferred method of payment is Paypal as its a lot simpler and quicker. We also accept cheques and postal orders. Please allow payments to clear before an item is posted.

SHIPPING

We post items within 24 hours of receiving payment. Items purchased in the morning before noon will be posted the same day. All items will be posted by first class post unless requested otherwise. WE ALWAYS OBTAIN A PROOF OF POSTING CERTIFICATE FROM THE POST OFFICE. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post and refunds will be given upon reimbusement from Royal mail. In the case of bulk purchases, these will be sent via a reputable courier.

TERMS OF SALE

All items are new unless stated otherwise. Customer satisfaction is important to us and we will endeavour to solve any problem ammicably. Returns will be only be accepted in certain circumstances and within 7 days. So, please ensure the item you are purchasing is correct. Refunds will only be given when the item is received by us and is in the original packaging and in a resellable condition. All refunds will exclude the original posting costs. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF A PROBLEM OCCURING, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE LEAVING A FEED BACK.
