Auction Sales Policy:

Your bid is a contract - place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item. If the seller (Wholesale Clearance UK Ltd) is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 days of the end of the auction, or if payment has not been received within 7 days, the item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at the sellers sole discretion. Shipping:

Shipment will be either APC Overnight, DHL or Pallet Force. Orders are generally shipped within 3 days of full payment. An eBay dispatch notice will be issued the day before you receive your goods. If you do not receive your goods within 2 working days please phone 07888 675790 or 01202 668817 to let us know. Before goods are sent we do need your contact details i.e. home and mobile numbers.

You are more than welcome to arrange your own collection. We will pack all goods onto pallets ready for collection.

Postage & Packaging includes Next Day Delivery, Recorded Signed For, Postal Insurance, Online Tracking, Packing Materials (boxes, bags, tape, bubble wrap, labels etc) and our Experienced Packing Staff. As you can see we make a loss on the Postage & Packaging price we charge.

Returns:

In the unlikely event that a return is required you must inform us within 5 days. All returns must include all of the original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, and if applicable all the original packaging including manuals, warranty forms etc. Please allow 3% margin for broken or faulty goods. Please also be aware that items received may differ slightly from those shown in the eBay advert. Software sales are non refundable. Please note that as soon as you have signed for or taken the goods from our warehouse we will not be responsible for breakages or shortages. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. We will deduct our eBay fees plus a 10% re-stocking fee. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred when shipping products back to us.
