We manufacture them in the UK and they comply with CE Standards.

They are filled with clean treated wheat and dried lavender & are 12" long. Simply heat them in the microwave on high power for 30 seconds, for hours of soothing comfort and relaxation. They can also be put in the freezer and used as cool packs.

When we use DHL and UPS Courier services.  If we receive order before 9.30am Mon- Friday it leaves same day!

This service means deliveries must be signed for.

If you need to return your item, please do so within 7 days of receipt, at your own expense.  The items must be in good condition with all the original materials included. We will then offer you a replacement or a refund.
