Product Guarantee and Returns Policy
Should the product not meet your satisfaction, we promise to refund the price of any item returned to us in its original condition within 7 days of the customers receipt for the order. Upon receipt of the return we will quickly issue a full refund. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items as this is up to the carrier to 'keep their delivery promise'. Unfortunately if the decal has been removed from the backing sheet then we cannot accept a return as the decal is then deemed as "used". This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Customer Complaints
All complaints will be dealt with and rectified within 5 working days. We would appreciate you 'the customer' to keep us informed of any problems or issues regarding your order or monies paid. How we deal with complaints is open to review to ensure a good customer relationship at all times.

Fitting Of Products
Fitting any of our products is in your hands; in some cases it may be suitable to have your graphics installed professionally or by a competent individual even though our products are sent to you as a complete kit. aceimageuk cannot be held responsible for any incorrectly fitted products or any extra cost that occurs to you whilst installation of the product is being carried out. If you are unsure about fitting our supplied product please seek professional advice before making a purchase.
