Payments

www.paypal.co.uk - We use PayPal it is simply the safest and easiest method of sending and receiving payments. When paying using PayPal the payment should be described as instant. If it isn't payment will be by PayPal Echeque. PayPal echeques take approximately 10 days to clear so you will have to wait for your products as we have to wait for the cheque to clear.

All payments must be cleared before dispatch

Delivery

Purchasing, please pay for your item immediately, after selecting buy it now choose how many items you want and pay for them using PayPal. If purchasing multiple items you can request a combined invoice before paying and we will try to reduce the postage costs where possible. Some of our items offer a discount for more than 1, but if you buy a variety of products from us we will offer a combined postage with some discount where possible. Please ask about discount to avoid disappointment before purchasing

We aim to deliver next day on goods that say next day delivery (Monday to Friday). If you pay by PayPal before 2pm Monday to Friday and the funds are clear, the goods will be despatched on the same day for next working day delivery (on goods that say next day delivery).   Any goods dispatched on the Friday can either be received on Saturday or Monday. If your payment has cleared on Saturday or Sunday the goods will be despatched on Monday.

Please allow up to 5 working days delivery time on all orders after payment has cleared even next day orders as some times the post gets lost by Royal Mail and then found again and delivered.

Terms of Sale

We will accept returns on all our products that are faulty, please initially send us a message through eBay. Then we will ask you to send the item back to us so we can check it and then we will send you a brand new one absolutely free and also refund your postage through PayPal. Feedback is very important to us and for safe trading. Please leave me feedback and make eBay a safer place to trade we operate an automatic feedback system and after feedback is left for us you will automatically receive positive feedback for yourself. After your product has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming dispatch please check your junk folder as it may filter there.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with our goods, simply return the item to us.   Returns Are Accepted Within 14 Days of Receiving The Goods.   The Goods Must Not Be Worn or Used, and Must Be In the Original Box, Bag, Packaging. (Please Be Careful Not to Rip Open the Packaging When Trying On For Size).  The Buyer Is To Pay For The Postage Costs For Any Goods They Wish To Return. Refunds On Unwanted Goods Will Be Giving Minus The Postage Costs and All Fees By Ebay and Paypal Incurred By The Seller. This Does Not Affect Your Statutory Rights.
