Royal Mail require 21 days before a claim can be made.
For full postage insurance please select the
RECORDED DELIVERY OPTION
(up to £34.00) and we will send you a replacement
or full refund if goods are lost or damaged.

NON-UK CUSTOMERS:
We are happy to ship parcels up to 2kg by Air Mail
but on the express condition that the customer is responsible
for safe entry of the item into their own country. 
PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT SHIP SURFACE MAIL
so please don't ask.
Please contact us for accurate rates or for multiple-parcel shipments.
We cannot be held responsible if customs in your country
hold your order because import regulations covering the products we supply.
Please don't order from us unless you accept responsibility for delivery
if the items do not arrive we cannot refund you
(international customers only).
We will however refund your purchase price for lost items if you accept the
INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR OPTION.
