Shipping and Delivery:

UK Combined Shipping:
For all Multiple orders you will be charged the highest shipping rate for the first item, and then £1.50 for each additional item. Combined orders are only available within 7 days of the first item in the order ending.

International Combined Shipping:
For all multiple orders you will be charged the highest shipping rate for the first item, and then a discount of 50% on the additional items postage. Combined orders are only available within 7 days of the first item in the order ending.

Shipping Methods:
All orders will be dispatched by recorded delivery and will require a signature on delivery. We are not able to dispatch orders by unrecorded delivery. Depending on the size or destination of the order, it will be dispatched by either Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery, International Signed For or another recorded delivery service.

UK Next Day Delivery:
If your order and payment is received by 10am Monday to Thursday and you select Next Day delivery at checkout you order will be dispatched the same day for Guaranteed Next Day delivery. Prices start from £6.50 for all clothes/shoes, and £7.50 for boots, with £1.50 extra for each additional item on a combined order.

Dispatch and Delivery Times:
All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days from the date cleared payment is received. Delivery times to the UK are 1-2 working days after dispatch. Delivery times to the USA, Canada and Western Europe are 5-7 working days after dispatch. Delivery times for the rest of the world are 7-10 working days after dispatch.
