* Returns Policy

We are certain you will be happy with your purchase, like many of our previous customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a refund. The conditions for return are as follows:

The jewellery must be unworn and unused. It must be in exactly the same condition you received it. For identification purposes, we take photos of each piece of jewellery before posting it.

     
  • You must post the jewellery back to us within 2 days of receiving it, using a secure insured delivery service. We must receive the items back within 7 days of you receiving your order. You are responsible for returning the jewellery to us in exactly the same condition that you received it in.
     
  • On receipt and satisfactory inspection of the goods, we will refund you the purchase price less our actual postage costs . We do not refund your return postage costs. We do not charge a re-stocking fee but you will need to confirm via Ebay that you are no longer proceeding with the purchase so our listing fees may be recovered!

Payment

We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, United Kingdom Postal Orders, Bank Transfer in Euros or UK Pounds. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT. NO Hidden Fees! We do not charge extra for credit card, PayPal or Nochex payments.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.  We dispatch orders daily using Royal Mail 1st Class mail. Next Day Special Delivery also available. (Our daily cut off time is 11.00am). All orders are packed in plain packaging to ensure the contents are kept private.

Returns
