SIZING/REFUNDS:  Vintage sizing tends to be much smaller than clothes sizes of today & worldwide sizing in general does tend to vary.  We don’t give refunds, so please get your tape measure up and measure yourself before bidding.  If we make a mistake in the description then of course we’ll sort it out.  Nearly all our clothes are Vintage; some have been around for over 20 years, they are pre-worn not new!  We're proud to say they are individual pieces, most are hand picked by us for you. We will describe any flaws or damage.  Photographs are taken in natural light so you get a true representation of colour.

POSTING/SHIPPING:  We aim to post items the same day as the payment clears using first class post. If you're in a hurry we can meet specific deadlines and send Next Day Special Delivery (UK only) at a little extra cost. Obviously once we hand our packages over to Royal Mail we have no control over delivery, please don’t blame us if they get lost.  This rarely happens - if it does we have a certificate of posting which insures up to the loss of £32.  If you require extra insurance please ask. Our postal charges don't just include the cost of the stamp, there really are lots of hidden extras, please take this into consideration before you complain and before you leave feedback. We try to keep costs down as much as we can and we combine shipping costs for multiple purchases.

PAYMENT:  Make sure payments reach us within 5 days of the auction ending and if you experience problems making a payment we can be flexible.  If you want to pay using a credit card we’ll send you a NOCHEX online link. The key to a smooth transaction is good communication, so please keep in touch with us to let us know what’s going on your end.
