New: Has never been played. May still have its original seal intact.
Mint: Has been opened, but is still flawless with no damage whatsoever.
Excellent (EX): Used, but showing only the slightest sign of usage. Disc may have just one or two imperfections, but play perfectly well. The cover may be slightly bent or have slight ring wear, but nothing more severe than that. CD case may have slight imperfections or slight marks / scratches
Very Good (VG) Vinyl may crackle, pop or make other annoying noises, but only occasionally,never continuously, and not more loudly than the music being listened to. CD may have surface marks/scratches, but does not affect the sound. The cover may have normal used cover wear such as marks, stains, ring wear and split seams.
Good (G): Vinyl may have continuous crackles, pops, etc... but not so loud as to make the music completely unlistenable or unenjoyable to the casual listener. The cover may have more than normal wear and tear. CD will have scratches or marks, but will play fine.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
All items are mailed by First Class Royal Mail (UK) and by Royal Mail Airmail (Rest of the World). Vinyl records are sent in stiffened cardboard sleeves and CDs are sent either in CD boxes or bubble-lined Jiffi Bags to ensure they arrive with you in the same condition they left us. Once we receive payment, the items are despatched immediately
PAYMENT
We politely request that payment is made within 5 days of purchase. Payment is accepted by PayPal, Cheque or postal order drawn on a British Bank.
