WHAT TO DO IF YOU’RE ORDER AS NOT ARRIVED
This page is designed to help you if your order as not arrived.
- Firstly if you order as not arrived then please accept my apologies for the delay
- We send a dispatch email when ever order is sent, please check your inbox for our dispatch email & find the date sent. (If you have not received a dispatch email then email us on the ask seller a question above & include details of the order with your eBay email address)
- Once you know the dispatch date if it is less then 12 days we ask that you try the following before you contact us. Please note that Royal Mail do not consider a parcel as late or lost till after 15 working days.
- Make sure that nobody in the house as taken in the parcel for you, or maybe a neighbor or that Royal Mail has not left it behind a bin/plant pot etc. This sounds silly but you would be amazed how many times they have been found.
- If not there then make sure Royal Mail have not left you a collection note, if they have then collect the parcel, if not them it could still be there as 90% of the time it is sitting at the local Royal Mail sorting office & they have just failed to leave a collection note,
- If not there then make sure that the postal address that is on Paypal is correct.
- If the above have all been checked & it is more than 12 days then email us through the ASK SELLER A QUESTION above, include details of the order along with your email address & date ordered. We will then sort out a claim for the lost parcel for you & sort out a replacement order straight the way for you.
- If no response from us within 48hrs (NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS) then email us again.
