We are a small family run business sister, brother and wife. We have all had experience in running our own businesses and still run them successfully today.

We really enjoy eBay and look forward to every new day and checking to see what is sold and get a lot of satisfaction from each item we send. We treat each order with the same importance and priority regardless of the item price.

OUR STORE

All our stock is brand new clearance from Argos and other main high street stores. This in general is end of line/change of catalogue stock etc. We buy straight from the same wholesaler and we know exactly what we are getting with each job lot as we personally choose and collect it.

PACKAGING

Please be aware that due to handling and storage of the stock we sell. That some of the boxes or packaging may not be in 100% condition and may have slight dents or rips etc. But the high majority are in perfect condition with just general ware and marks from handling. BUT REMEMBER YOU ARE BUYING AT 50%  TO 60% CHEAPER THAN RETAIL PRICE. SO PLEASE ACCEPT  ANY PACKAGING DAMAGES.   Please feel free to email us direct regarding the condition of your items box or packaging before you purchase if it is for a gift. But remember that all our stock is BRAND NEW and has not been used. The only reason for it being removed from the box or packaging will have been for inspection or photographs by ourselves.

POSTAGE

All prices on postage include materials and royal mail charges. We do not aim to profit on any delivery charges and do our very best to calculate as close to the exact price as possible.

Orders will be sent out as follows:

Monday – Friday Twice daily. Once before 1pm and then before 5pm

Saturday - Once a day before 12 noon.

Please note that if you are fairly new to buying on eBay and are worried regarding being in for the delivery of your order and cannot wait in or take time off etc then why not use your local Post Office as they will be more than happy to take the delivery but we do recommend you check with them first and then just add their address in the shipping details when you place your order.

RETURNS

We are happy to accept returns before 14days after item has been received on any item that is faulty and will give a full refund if necessary. Please also be aware that most of the electrical items will have a manufacturers guarantee in the box which will be from first use and proof of purchase but we cannot guarantee this.
